To decide to do something about my stress, headaches and body-aches and to make time for this was the first big step. In the talks during the first sessions I saw how bad it had actually become and later I could start making some small changes and gradually started being able to relax. Especially the various relaxation exercises and focusing techniques were very helpful and I’m still using them. The people around me have seen me change and I’m really happy to have made this decision.
