Thank you very much, it has been a great experience for me and I enjoyed the course very much! I have learned how to be more in touch with my body, being more able to listen to it and direct my awareness on what is happening in it. I am now able to be aware of my awareness, how to train it to be able to maintain the focus and I have understood the importance of challenging all those definitions that we constantly strive to identify ourselves with.
