Relaxation Training & Meditation in Amsterdam:
Would you like to learn how to relax / meditate? These classes are wonderful if you want to dedicate 1 hour per week to yourself. The exercises are simple and very suitable for people who’d rather not do yoga but would like to experience relaxation in a group. Suitable for all ages. No experience is needed as everything will be guided word-by-word. You can follow classes separately, sign up and walk in!

CLASSES ARE IN ENGLISH!
We will start with an “arrival meditation” after which we will do a simple body warm up to energize ourselves. After that we will do a relaxation training exercise: you will lie on the ground on a mat while following my voice into deep relaxation. We always have a cuppa tea afterwards together.
For: if you want to relax, want to travel from head to body/heart, when you like to give some extra attention to yourself, when you are coming from work and want to get back to the here-and-now.
