During 2 Sunday mornings or 2 Monday mornings (choice is yours) we will meet and through individual and group exercises, find out how stress manifests in your life and what you can do about it. During this short course you will also be guided to directly experience deep relaxation in body and mind.

- Make way for relaxation and positivity
