Would you like to learn how to relax / meditate? These classes are wonderful if you want to dedicate 1 hour per week to yourself.  The exercises are simple and  very suitable for people who’d rather not do yoga but would like to experience relaxation in a group.  Suitable for all ages. No experience is needed as everything will be guided word-by-word. You can follow classes separately, sign up and walk in!
These will be regular classes on Wednesday for which you can pay separately.

In the schedule above, RT stands for Relaxation Training, M stands for Meditation



We will start with an “arrival meditation” after which we will do a simple body warm up to energize ourselves. After that we will do a relaxation training exercise: you will lie on the ground on a mat while following my voice into deep relaxation.  We always have a warm cuppa tea afterwards together.

For: if you want to relax, want to travel from head to body/heart, when you like to give some extra attention to yourself, when you are coming from work and want to get back to the here-and-now.

Time: 09.30-10.30 am
